Neo shared a holiday video of members from across the global community reciting a poem looking back on the events that took place in the ecosystem throughout 2023.

HashKey Cloud secured the eleventh position on the Neo Council, with approximately 787,000 NEO used to vote for the candidate at the time of press. HashKey Cloud provides Web3 infrastructure and is a subsidiary of HashKey Group, which includes the first licensed exchange in Hong Kong for retail investors.

Previous GrantShares awardee Pixudi submitted a second proposal seeking funds to continue integrating Neo into the traditional board racing game. The second round of funding seeks to add new game mechanics, a special board for Neo, items for the marketplace, plus more integrations.

nDapp.org added Pixudi to the application discovery platform. Pixudi is an NFT board racing game that seeks to leverage Neo blockchain technology for payments, NFT minting, and storage via NeoFS.

NOWNodes integrated support for the Neo blockchain, allowing users to get an API key that will give access to Neo’s RPC full nodes. Developers can use the nodes to work with on-chain data, send requests, and connect to Neo N3 to send NEO and GAS transactions.

MegaOasis launched a 6-day mint of the Tree Of Life NFT series in collaboration with Somewhere Art, an art NFT curation brand. Each wallet is limited to five free mints of the Tree Of Life #1 NFT.

Flamingo released statistics on the FLUND single-sided staking pool for Week 50 of 2023, noting a total value of approximately US $9.4 million, total minting rewards of $3.9 million, and total trading fee rewards of $748,000.

Topics of discussion included the Verified USD Foundation’s vision of building a next-generation stablecoin, the inner workings of the Verified USD Foundation, the impact of permissionless stablecoins on the next wave of users, the technical aspects of the ColorTrace algorithm, the Foundation’s mission to bridge centralized and decentralized finance, and much more.

COZ unveiled v1 of its innovative smart contract development tool, Contract Package Manager. The CPM aims to enhance the process of building real-world blockchain applications and is designed to save time and reduce the potential for introducing bugs. It will allow developers to test their applications against production services on MainNet while enjoying the benefits of a private development environment. COZ provided a configuration guide for new users to familiarize themselves with the tooling.

COZ CEO Tyler Adams was featured in a TechRound article that polled numerous founders on their predictions for what will happen in the Web3 space in 2024.
